While staying true to its origin, the Assassin has evolved over the years with a longer nose and tail shape for enhanced performance in deeper snow, while maintaining its superior freestyle abilities in both the park and in the backcountry.

The Salomon Assassin Snowboard is a directional twin with serious all terrain flair. Designed to be the ultimate quiver of one, it fuses Salomon's progressive pow and freestyle shapes together for a ride that's equally adept hitting park jumps and backcountry kickers. A hybrid Rock Out camber profile provides the ideal blend of stability and playfulness, with Popster Eco Booster construction and Royal Rubber Rails providing the energy and shock absorption required to execute your biggest, baddest freestyle maneuvers all over the mountain.

Biaxial Medium Density Fiberglass – Medium density European-made fiberglass layers guarantee a consistent quality level, for light and lively boards.

ABC Wrapper – More dampening, less plastic ! ABC Wrapper is a process using wood veneers to reduce fiberglass in each board.

Sidewalls

Royal Rubber Rails – Full length rubber sidewalls provide the highest level of dampening and protection.

Sintered EG – Engineered for a super fast glide in everything from fresh pow to sticky spring snow. Sintered material provides superior wax retention, Gallium strengthens impact resistance, and the Electra finish gives a turbocharged glide

Fine Stone Finish – Fine stone finish helps speed up in powder or softer snow conditions.

Edges

All-Mountain Edge Bevel – A 1° edge holding tune throughout the key parts of the sidecut meets a 2° bevel between the feet. This delivers the most solid edge hold with no hang-ups.
