Shipping
After placing your order our online team will do its best to have your item shipped out within 24-48 hours. Once the shipping label has been created you’ll receive an email from us that provides you with a tracking number and information on how to follow your shipments progress. We schedule daily pickups with UPS from Monday to Friday, except on holidays. Our operations are limited to business days only. Order confirmation and updates are automated and may be filtered into your spam or junk folder based on your email settings.
While we make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner, there may be instances where external factors beyond our control may cause delays in delivery. These factors may include, but are not limited to, carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for late shipments.
By placing an online order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy regarding the return policy, late shipments, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.
Shipping and Delivery FAQs
Tracking your order
Please allow 24-48 business hours for the tracking number to work when your order ships. Once the package has been picked up by our couriers and scanned into their system the tracking number will automatically update.

*Processing times and delivery times are expected to increase into the Holiday season
In Store Pickups
Skiis & Biikes offers in-store pick up from all of our locations. Once you’ve added the desired products to your bag, click the Store Pickup button in the checkout page and you’ll be prompted to select a store location. Continue to checkout and once the order is completed we’ll have the items transferred to that store as soon as possible. Depending on the location selected, a store pickup will take about 1-5 business days to get ready after which you'll receive a notification from our staff.
Incorrect Shipping Address / Refused Deliveries
Skiis & Biikes strives to ensure that your orders are delivered accurately and efficiently. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, especially when it comes to providing shipping information. Therefore, we have established the following policy regarding incorrect shipping addresses and refused deliveries:
Incorrect Shipping Address:
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is unable to be delivered as a result, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the following two options are available.
a. Payment of Shipping Fees: You have the option to pay the shipping fees for reshipment to the corrected address. Once the fees are paid, we will reship your order to the updated address.
b. Cancellation with Restocking Fee: Alternatively, if you choose not to proceed with reshipment, you may cancel your order. However, please note that a restocking fee will apply, deducted from the refund issued for the canceled order. The restocking fee will be charged accordingly to our return policy.
Refused Deliveries:
In the event that a delivery is refused for any reason, it will be returned to us. The same policy outlined above for incorrect shipping addresses will apply. You, as the buyer, will be charged the restocking fee according to our return policy.
Redirecting an Order:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Shipping outside Canada
Skiis & Biikes offers shipping to the United States for a flat rate of $49 CAD. Buyers are responsible If UPS asks for a COD or sends you a bill for duties or fees, this is NOT additional shipping costs, this charge is import taxes, duty, VAT, and/or brokerage fees.
Shipping Restrictions
We strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, with efficient shipping services. However, there are certain items that we are unable to ship due to various logistical constraints. Please review the following shipping restrictions carefully before making your purchase:
Restricted Items for Shipping:
- Sportubes: Due to their size and shape, Sportubes cannot be shipped via our standard shipping methods. Sportubes are designed to protect sports equipment during travel, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate their shipping requirements.
- Thule Bike Racks: While Thule bike racks are essential for transporting bicycles, their size and weight make them unsuitable for standard shipping. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot ship Thule bike racks to your desired location.
- Bike Trainers: Bike trainers, although compact, are often heavy and require special handling during shipping. As a result, we are unable to include bike trainers in our standard shipping options.
- Paddle Boards: Paddle boards are oversized items that exceed the dimensions and weight limits for standard shipping. Due to their bulkiness, we are unable to transport paddle boards through our regular shipping channels.
Note: This list is not exhaustive, and there may be other items in our inventory that are subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or nature.
Alternative Options for Oversized or Overweight Items:
For items that are oversized or overweight and cannot be shipped, we offer the option for in-store pickup. When you place an order for such items, you will be notified during the checkout process that pickup from one of our designated store locations is required.

Delivery
Damages
Please ensure to examine the box for any damage before accepting the item. Occasionally, products may incur damage during transit. We ask that you reject any items that have visible signs of damage and/or tampering at the time of delivery. Ensure you are taking images of the damage and/or tampering at the time of delivery.
Signature Release
We prioritize the safety and security of your packages from theft. To ensure the safe delivery of your items, we adhere to the following guidelines:
- Canada Post's "Do Not Safe Drop" Policy:
We utilize Canada Post's "Do Not Safe Drop" feature for all packages. This means that packages will not be left unattended at your doorstep and will require a signature upon delivery. - Signature Requirement for High-Value Packages:
For packages with a value exceeding $400, we require signatures for delivery. This additional security measure helps guarantee the safe receipt of your valuable items.
