Tracking your order
After placing your order our online team will do its best to have your item shipped out within 24-48 hours. Once the shipping label has been created you’ll receive an email from us that provides you with a tracking number and information on how to follow your shipments progress.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for the tracking link to work when your order ships.
Delays Due to Uncontrollable Circumstances
When a natural disaster or tragedy of some kind occurs it can often lead to delays along shipping routes and the increase in delivery time for packages. We ask that you please consider this when an item you have ordered seems to be taking longer than usual. We as a seller have little control over the delivery of the package once it has left our facilities. This means that return/refund requests cannot be initiated until the package has been received by you or that a courier investigation has determined that the order has become lost/irretrievable.
Processing Estimated Delivery Date
The estimated delivery time for your order is calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your address. In general, orders within the Greater Toronto Area take about 1-2 business days while shipments to the US and the West/East Coast take about 5-7 business days. Orders to remote destinations may take longer.
In-Store Pickup: practical, fast and free
Skiis & Biikes offers in-store pick up from all of our locations. Once you’ve added the desired products to your cart, click the "Store Pickup" button in the checkout page and you’ll be prompted to select a store location. Continue to checkout and once the order is completed we’ll have the items transferred to that store as soon as possible. Depending on the location selected, a store pickup will take about 1-5 business days to get ready after which you'll receive a notification from our staff.
Please note that bikes may take additional time to be built and ready for pickup, you will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up.
Shipping fees
Skiis & Biikes offers free standard shipping within Canada (with Canada Post) for all orders over $99 before tax is calculated.
Shipping outside Canada
Skiis & Biikes offers shipping to the United States for a flat rate of $24.50 CAD. Buyers are responsible If UPS asks for a COD or sends you a bill for duties or fees, this is NOT additional shipping costs, this charge is import taxes, duty, VAT, and/or brokerage fees.

Return Policy
Refund new and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date at any of our store locations or through an online return. Products purchased at a discount of 49% off or more are Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange. Items can be returned either in store or online for an in store credit within 31-60 days of purchase. Not all items are eligble for a return, or exchange, please read our full return policy for more details.
All original hangtags, and accessories must be attached to the garment, and each product is subject to inspection.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products where bindings have been mounted or drilled into skis. Once bindings have been mounted or drilled, the item is considered non-returnable.
Items purchased in store can only be returned in store. For online orders, we deduct $10 from your refund, and $40 for any ski or snowboard returns. You may also return your online order in store to avoid the restocking fee.

We want to make sure you get your gear as fast as possible.
You order will be processed within24 - 48hrs, but sometimes part of your order may be coming from another store. In cases like this, transfers may take up to4 business daysto complete depending on origin store.
