PRICE POLICY

All price matching requests must meet the following conditions:

If you find a product you purchased from Skiis & Biikes priced lower by a competitor, or if that product's price has decreased on our website within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund your account the difference in Skiis & Biikes Credit.

We only consider price matching competitors to be based in Canada and authorized dealers of the brand and product in question, whether online or traditional retail. We do not match liquidators or liquidation sales, marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay, or any closeout sales. We do not price match competitor pricing that violates MAP policies, or pricing errors. Our pricing policy excludes matching loyalty-based pricing, spend-and-get promotions, and gift-with-purchase offers.

The product must be identical in brand, model, sizing, colour, and year of fabrication. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from our competitor at the price you requested.

We will not price match out-of-stock products. Our customer service agents must be able to verify the requested price match via internet from the competitor. When price matching we add the competitor's shipping fees to the product price.

*We do not price match on ski boots, bikes, Arc'teryx, kids ski/snowboard equipment, products that are more than 50% off, or products that are under $50.

Welcome to Good Days Only - we only want you to have good days on the hill, mountain or trail. To achieve this we train our staff super hard and only stock the best products. We want to ensure that your goals are understood at that the best gear is recommended. If you feel that the product didn’t live up to this promise we will swap the product out for another one, that’s the Good Days Only Guarantee. Note that this guarantee only applies to purchases made in store where a recommendation has been given and the product recommended is purchased. If incorrect information is provided, this voids the guarantee. Online purchase do not qualify for this guarantee.

Bootfit Guarantee

Bootfitting is the cornerstone of our business. We guarantee your feet with be comfortable and the boot will perform at your level. We stretch, punch, heat, grind and shape the boot until it’s perfect. If we can’t make the shell, we suggested, to work we will switch it out for another option.

Online boot buying guide and guarantee: Please, don’t buy ski boots online. Not from us, not from Amazon or at a bargain warehouse. You will regret the purchase, even if you saved a bundle. If you’re thinking, “I only need them for this one long weekend this winter...” -- a bad ski boot will ruin your trip.

And because we haven't seen your feet, we can't guarantee the fit. Ski boots purchased through the Skiis & Biikes online store don’t qualify for our Boot Fit Guarantee. If your boots need adjusting, we’d be happy to help, but the service is not complimentary. If the boots are unworn (around the house is okay), and brought back to a Skiis & Biikes location within 30 days we can suggest another boot that will be covered under our Boot Fit Guarantee.

Because of our Boot Fit Guarantee, we do not price match Ski Boots. Still unsure? Give us a shout by email, Messenger or call.

Performance Guarantee

Service Guarantee: We hold our ski and bike tuning service high above the industry standard. We invest heavily in the best machinery and best training to create the best service product. If the service provided doesn’t hold up to these standards we will redo the ski tune or bike maintenance.

Product Recommendations: If we recommend any ski or snowboard in store and you feel it doesn’t match your needs we will replace it with a better option.

Warranties

Warranties: Each product is subject to different warranty conditions depending on the manufacturer. If you’re experiencing an issue with a product please send an email to info@skiisandbiikes.com with your order number and we’ll check with our warranty department to see if the item is covered. If you can, please provide pictures to help expedite the process. Be aware that products damaged through accidents and normal wear and tear are not covered.

Most products we sell are covered by an extended manufacturer’s warranty. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects but not abuse, accidental damage, or normal use. If you’re interested in learning more about the warranty coverage of your particular product or you want to initiate a warranty claim, you can call any of our stores to speak with a sales associate or contact the online customer service team. Each of our locations has a designated sales associate dedicated to warranties so we are well versed in the process. We want your functioning gear back in your hands as soon as possible so you can get back out there!
