Help Center Returns Content

Skiis & Biikes will gladly refund new and unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase date at any of our store locations or through an online return. Products purchased at a discount of 49% off or more are Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange. Store credit is given if a return is made 31-60 days of the purchase date. Exchanges can only be processed in store within 60 days of purchase. For online returns, we deduct $10 from your refund to cover return shipping and $40 for skis and snowboard returns. Note that if you paid shipping on your original order, the fees are not refunded. 

Online Returns must be sent back within 7-Days of receiving the return label to still be eligible for the requested service. If there is a delay in shipping times that is uncontrollable, exceptions may be made.

  • For hygienic reasons, all undergarments, bike shorts, edible goods, facemasks, balaclavas, and swimwear are final sale.

  • Return/Refund requests can only be initiated/processed after the item has arrived to you or has been determined to be lost by a Courier Investigation.

Items purchased in store can only be returned back in store at any of our three Skiis & Biikes locations.

How to request an online return

Return an online order here. Please allow 24-48 hours for your submitted return request to be reviewed. 

 1. Login to your account to return an item. If you placed your order as a guest, please create an account with the email you used to place your order. 

2. You will need your order number to start the return process. Your order number will be in this format: S&B-XXXXX and you can find it in your original order confirmation email. 

3. Follow the steps in the return processed and submit your request. 

4. We will review your return and notify you via email if your request was approved. 

5. Once your return is approved, we will send a pre-paid return label to your inbox with instructions on how to pack and ship the item. Online Returns must be sent back within 7-Days of receiving the return label to still be eligible for the requested service.

Exchanges

At this time, products cannot be exchanged through our online channel. If you want a different size or colour, we recommend you purchase it through our online store and go through the online return process for the product you no longer want. Products can be exchanged in-store up to 60 days after purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash unless required under applicable law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as a credit onto a Gift Card.

Returning defective, damaged, or incorrect product 
If you a receive an item which you believe is defective or the incorrect product please contact our support team for help. If we are unable to resolve the issue we'll exchange the item for a new one if possible, and process a refund if none are available. Products that are damaged, used, or missing tags cannot be returned.

Credit and Loyalty Credit Returns
Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash unless required under applicable law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as a credit onto a Gift Card.
