Return Policy
Refund new and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date at any of our store locations or through an online return. Products purchased at a discount of 49% off or more are Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange. Items can be returned either in store or online for an in store credit within 31-60 days of purchase. Not all items are eligble for a return, or exchange, please read our full return policy for more details.
All original hangtags, and accessories must be attached to the garment, and each product is subject to inspection.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products where bindings have been mounted or drilled into skis. Once bindings have been mounted or drilled, the item is considered non-returnable.
Items purchased in store can only be returned in store. For online orders, we deduct $10 from your refund, and $40 for any ski or snowboard returns. You may also return your online order in store to avoid the restocking fee.
By placing an online order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy regarding the return policy, late shipments, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.
Return and Exchange Policy
Online Returns
For purchases made online, you can return items both online and in-store. Items purchased at 49% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges for online purchases may be completed in-store or by mailing back your online return and then placing a new order.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request for a refund if applicable. You will up to 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request for a store credit.
When you request a return through our Skiis & Biikes online channel, the following conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund or a store credit.
Conditions:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase required for returns and exchanges.
- Items are returned in original condition and packaging.
- All accessories must be returned along with the original item
- Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set
- We can only refund or send out replacement items once we have received the returned package.
Process:
- Online returns initiated through our website with your order number and email address.
- Your return request will be manually processed. If approved, a prepaid return label will be sent via email with the return instructions.
- In-store returns require proof of purchase.
Please ensure that the returned item is in its original delivery packaging or pack the items securely inside of either a shipping bag or box and place the prepaid return label on the mailing bag or box.
If items are returned in used or damaged packaging or condition, missing accessories or hangtags, we reserve the right to decline the return or charge an additional restocking fee.
If your return has been accepted, please have the item dropped off within 7 days of receiving the return label to be eligible for the selected return service. Shipping costs paid on your original order will not be refunded.
We can only refund or send out replacement items once we have received the returned package, or has been determined to be lost by a Courier Investigation.

In Store Returns
Items purchased in store can only be returned back in store at any of our three Skiis & Biikes locations. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you can return your items in store and receive a refund to the original method of payment. For items purchased at a discount greater than 49% bought in store are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy
At this time, products cannot be exchanged through our online channel. If you want a different size or colour, we recommend you purchase it through our online store and go through the online return process for the product you no longer want. Products can be exchanged in-store up to 60 days after purchase.
Products purchased at 49% off or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cannot be Returned
- Products purchased at a discount of 49% off or more are Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
- For hygienic reasons, all undergarments, bike shorts, edible goods, facemasks, balaclavas, and swimwear are final sale.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges for any special orders.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns for products where bindings have been mounted or drilled into skis. Once bindings have been mounted or drilled, the item is considered non-returnable.
FAQs
How do I return my online order?
Note: A return restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items purchased at 49% off or more cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased past 60 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
1. Login to your account to return an item. If you placed your order as a guest, please create an account with the email you used to place your order.
2. You will need your order number to start the return process. Your order number will be in this format: S&B-XXXXX and you can find it in your original order confirmation email.
3. Follow the steps in the return processed and submit your request.
4. We will review your return and notify you via email if your request was approved.
5. Once your return is approved, we will send a pre-paid return label to your inbox with instructions on how to pack and ship the item. Online Returns must be sent back within 7-Days of receiving the return label to still be eligible for the requested service.
Return/refund requests can only be initiated/processed after the item has arrived to you or has been determined to be lost by a Courier Investigation.
How do I return or exchange a gift I received?
We understand that sometimes gifts may not be quite right. Therefore, we strive to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible for both the gift recipient and the gift giver.
Both in store and online return policy for items received as gifts are below. Please read this entirely to see how to proceed.
Return/Exchange Eligibility:
- To initiate a return, the gift recipient must present a valid gift receipt or proof of purchase.
- All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Returned products will not be accepted if hangtags are missing and not attached to the product.
- Returns must be made within the specified returns period, typically 30 from the date of purchase, and 60 days for exchange.
- Exchanges will follow our standard return and exchange policy of 60 days. Items can not be returned or exchanged if the item is final sale, or if product has been used.
- The gift recipient must adhere to the same conditions as regular exchanges, including presenting proof of purchase and ensuring that tags are attached to the item.
Return/Exchanging in stores:
- For returns, the gift recipient will receive store credit for the price of the item that the original customer paid.
- Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment, if the physical card is present, and given product(s) being returned are eligible to be returned.
- If the item purchased was 49% off or more, the item cannot be returned or exchanged, even if it was gifted to you.
Returning/Exchanging gifts online:
- Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. If the item purchased was 49% off or more, the item cannot be returned or exchanged, even if it was gifted to you.
Initiating a Return or Exchange (online):
- Contact our customer service team at to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide us the purchasers order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you do not have an order number available, please provide us with the email addresses of the purchaser and we can try to look it up.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
For online returns, the same criteria apply. Store credit will be issued for returned items, with a $10 restocking fee deducted from the credited amount
Additional Notes:
- Skiis & Biikes reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the specified criteria.
- Any items returned without a valid proof of purchase may be refused altogether.
Returning defective, damaged, or incorrect product
If you a receive an item which you believe is defective or the incorrect product please contact our support team for help.
Getting in touch with us quickly about any issues with your online order is super important. If you let us know within 7 days of receiving your package, we can jump right in with our team and delivery folks to sort things out fast. Customers are required to report any issues with their online orders within 7 days of receiving the package. Failure to report an issue within the specified 7-day period, we cannot guarantee the ability to open an investigation or provide a resolution.
Can I return a gift card?
Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash unless required under applicable law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as a credit onto a Gift Card.
