Can I get store credit for gear I bought at a different store?

Yes! Junior skis, snowboards, boots, and bikes, bought elsewhere can be returned for store credit. We accept brands that are the same as the ones we sell or similar quality. Our team will determine the credit amount based on the condition and quality of the gear. We do not accept Tecnopro gear.

What condition does the gear have to be in?

All returning equipment must be in reusable condition. If skis/boots being returned have been worn/used for many years but are not damaged, we offer $20 for skis and $10 for boots toward new or used equipment. This returned equipment with be disposed of and not resold.

My kid uses adult sized gear, do they qualify for the Kids' Half-Back Program?

We only accept junior sized skis, ski boots, snowboards, snowboard boots, and bikes. Adult sized equipment does not qualify even when used by a kid. Ski sizes up to 150cm and boots up to 26.

Do I have to keep my receipts to get my credit when I return gear the next season?

Nope! We will keep all your transactions in our system and can look them up at any time to see what you paid for the gear you are returning.

Do I need to make an appointment?

It’s not required but encouraged.
Weekends in December can be very busy in our kids department so we recommend coming on weekdays and starting early in October or November.

What is not Half-Backable?

Items that are not half-backable: all junior race boots over 64 flex, all junior race skis, Full Tilt Drop Kick junior boot, Rossignol Allspeed 70, Rossignol Alltrack 80 Boot, Head Caddy skis, Head Kore 87 Jr skis, Rossignol Black Ops Pro, all ski poles.
