GIFT CARD & CREDIT
Skiis & Biikes gift cards and Skiis & Biikes credit are different. A Skiis & Biikes gift card is a card purchased from any Skiis & Biikes location or on our website.
A Skiis & Biikes credit is usually issued for Kids Half Back or warranties. This credit is on you account in our backoffice system and doesn't expire.
Gift Cards also don't expire, however, if you loose the card or number its like loosing cash.

Where Can I use it?
In Store
Your card can be used at all of our physical locations by providing it to our staff during checkout. If there is a credit on the account, provide a phone number for account and credit lookup.
Online
To use your giftcard online please enter all the digits found at the back of the card except for the last one at checkout.
If you have an account credit please use the same email and phone number associated on your account and leave an internal note to "Use my account credit" and we will refund you the amount back.
Does it expire?
No, Skiis & Biikes credit does not expire.
What if I lose my Gift Card?
Unfortunately, it’s like losing cash.
What about Skiis & Biikes coupons like $30 OFF $60?
Any coupons with a dollar value are not considered Skiis & Biikes Credit. These can expire and have other conditions.
