What’s included in the Service Plan?

Bring your bike into any of our shops at any time to have your bike serviced by our expertly trained technicians. Our 5 Year Service members receive priority service. All complementary services will be done for you same day or while you wait. We want to ensure our customers are never without their bikes more than they need to be. The following services will be performed complementary and same day. Should your bike need any service beyond the complementary offerings, you will receive a 25% discount on any of our upgraded tune-up packages.The services listed below are complementary.

25% off Upgraded Tune-up Options

If the Skiis & Biikes technician working on your bike finds that your bike needs more TLC than what is included in the 5 Year Service Plan, he or she will advise you on what is needed. As a 5 Year Service Plan Member, you get 25% off any upgraded tune-up options and 10% off any needed parts.

Safety Inspection

Our technicians will perform these checks as part of the safety inspection:

• Ensuring all external bolts are properly tightened to spec.
• Ensuring there is no damage to the frame and/or wheels that could create a hazard while riding.
• Ensuring the level of wear is assessed on all moving parts. Including the chain, derailleur, headset, bottom bracket, wheels, and pedals.

How much is a 5 Year Service Plan?

5 Yeas Service Plans start at $150 or 10% of the selling price of the bike (min $1500) and must be purchased at the same time as the new bike.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

Skiis & Biikes reserves the right to end a 5 Year Service Plan by refunding the unused portion of the purchased plan and discontinue service.

5 Year Service Plan applies to the bike for which the Service Plan was purchased. No other bikes are covered under this plan. The Service Plan and the bike must be purchased in the same transaction.

5 Year Service Plans may not be combined to increase the discount off bicycle components, accessories, clothing, and additional service fees. The maximum discount is 10% off.

Discount on components and tune-up packages applies only to the bicycle with 5 Year tune attached to it. Bicycles without 5 Year tune-up package will not receive discounted tune-up packages and discount on components including when signed in by 5 Year Member.

Bleeding hydraulic brakes is not included in the 5 Year Service Plan.

5 Year Service Plans may only be purchased on new bikes.

5 Year Service Plans may only be purchased on bikes purchased at Skiis & Biikes.
