Do your Hours remain the same?
Yes! We will maintain our regular hours to answer calls, ship online orders, and help you with in-store order pickups, returns, and exchanges. 


How does Order Pickup work?
Two ways to pickup an order:

  1. Order online and select in-store pick-up. We will email or call you when your order is ready to be picked up.
  2. Call the store to chat with one of our sales representatives. We will put the gear you are looking for on hold and you can pay when you arrive to pick it up. 

Are you still doing Ski and Snowboard Service?
Drop off your gear at the store and we will notify you when it's ready to be picked up. In some cases we may be able to do it while you wait! If you are having your ski bindings adjusted, be sure to bring one ski boot with you.


What if I have an Appointment?
If you had an appointment with us from Nov 23-Dec 21, one of our Yonge or Mississauga team members will contact you to reschedule. We will also offer you an in-store credit for the inconvenience. 


Do you offer free Shipping & Returns?
You can now return or exchange an item until Jan 15, 2020! To help you shop confidently on our website, we will be offering free shipping on all orders over $49.99 and free return shipping for all orders that qualify for return.

For everyone’s safety masks are required at every location. We have masks on hand if you forget yours.

*If you have a condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, please contact the store ahead of time and we will be happy to coordinate services outside of our building.

Hand sanitizing is required upon entering a location and before trying on gloves or mitts. Sanitizing stations are available throughout our locations.

To help manage the volume in store please book an appointment. Appointments are encouraged for the best possible experience.

Steps

  • Book an appointment.
  • Arrive 10min early to the scheduled time.
  • Bring your socks and footbeds.
  • Regarding your kids, record their height and weight.
