Bike Shipping Policy
If you select shipping with bikes, certain conditions apply. We are only able to ship certain brands, and certain types of bikes.
If you'd like to choose a bike for shipping, please reach out to our customer service team to have this arranged. A bike agreement must be signed in order for us to process and ship the order.
Note that bikes being shipped cannot be returned, and are final sale.
You will be responsible for the cost of delivery. Please reach out to us for a quote on shipping.

Return Policy
All bikes purchased online for shipping are consideredfinal sale. There are no returns or exchanges permitted under any circumstances.
Waiver and Liability
The policy regarding online purchases of bikes for shipping is as follows
A waiver must be signed to acknowledge and agree to the conditions below.
- We cannot guarantee that the parts or specifications of the bike will be the same as provided by the manufacturer
- You acknowledge that all sales are final, and there shall be no returns or exchanges for any reason
- We are not responsible for the safety of the bike, as we are not able to build the bike and confirm that it was done correctly. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the proper assembly and safety of the bike.
- You acknowledge that you are responsible for all liability associated with it, including any loss or damage incurred during transit.
- If the address was provided incorrectly, Skiis & Biikes is not responsible.
- If a package is stolen Skiis & Biikes is not responsible.
