As a family business, we’re dedicated to keeping the sports we love for accessible for growing kids. Bring back the bike your kids have outgrown and get store credit towards a new or used kids’ bike that fits.
JOIN OUR KIDS' HALF-BACK PROGRAM
Shop from our selection of new and used kids bikes in store, then bring the bike back when it’s been outgrown. In exchange for the bike, we’ll give customers half of what was previously paid in store credit, which can then be put towards the purchase of a new bike that fits.
Bikes brought back after two or more years can be exchanged for a quarter of the price paid in store credit.
As long as you got the bike from us, we can keep your Kids' Half-Back benefits rolling into next season for years to come.

Big box stores know patio furniture, paint, tools and tupperware. Whether your new bike was $400 or $4,000, you can rest easy knowing it was assembled and checked over by our skilled mechanics. We don’t just sell bikes, we build, fix and maintain them too.

Big box stores sell volume, which means pumping out floor models as quickly and slapdash as possible. We focus on the tightness of each bolt and alignment down to the millimetre on every component of every bike.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
Our focus is on bikes that are built to last. The sticker price on a bike at a big box store may be marginally lower, but its value will decrease dramatically over time. Low quality bikes will wear and break more often, require more replacement parts and work poorly.
ALL BIKES ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL.
You can find a full suspension bike at a big box store, but the quality, construction and components are all selected to keep the price down, not on their ability to actually work. Shop with us and you’ll find some of the best, most reputable brands in the bike industry.
ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL.
Choose from one size fits all at a big box store, or upwards of seven sizes per model in our lineup. We can help you find the make, model and size that will best suit you and your riding style. Once you’ve found that dream bike, we can fine tune it to match your anatomy, ensuring maximum efficiency and comfort.

FAQs
Return Policy
Refund new and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date at any of our store locations or through an online return. Products purchased at a discount of 49% off or more are Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange. Items can be returned either in store or online for an in store credit within 31-60 days of purchase. Not all items are eligble for a return, or exchange, please read our full return policy for more details.
All original hangtags, and accessories must be attached to the garment, and each product is subject to inspection.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products where bindings have been mounted or drilled into skis. Once bindings have been mounted or drilled, the item is considered non-returnable.
Items purchased in store can only be returned in store. For online orders, we deduct $10 from your refund, and $40 for any ski or snowboard returns. You may also return your online order in store to avoid the restocking fee.
By placing an online order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy regarding the return policy, late shipments, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.

You order will be processed within24 - 48hrs, but sometimes part of your order may be coming from another store. In cases like this, transfers may take up to4 business daysto complete depending on origin store.
