Our new demo program is designed to allow you to experience our best selling skis before you buy. See the skis below.
Here are the steps:
- Choose the ski(s) and size(s) you'd like to demo, categorized as men's, women's, or unisex.
- Pick your desired demo date.
- Pay in advance: $60 per ski per day.
- Provide skier details in the notes for ski adjustments before your arrival.
- On arrival, a pre-authorization will be made on your credit card for the value of the skis.
- Complete the binding adjustment details, sign the demo waiver, and you're set.
- Return the skis before the store closes on the specified drop-off date.
- If you buy a demoed ski within 15 days, the demo fee is refunded up to a $150 credit.

Timing
Pickup: 9am at our Collingwood location.
Drop-off: Before store closing on the designated drop-off date at our Collingwood location.
Refund: Demo fee can be refunded if the ski is purchased within 15 days of usage.
Rules/Policies
Full payment required in advance for demo ski usage.
No refunds within 72 hours of the usage date. Instead, a store credit will be provided, valid for future ski demos or any other product/service.
Customers will cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Skis not returned by the end of the drop-off date will incur an additional full-day usage fee. Non-payment of late fees leads to exclusion from future demo programs.
A maximum of $150 will be refunded upon purchasing a new ski within 15 days of usage.
In case of loss, theft, or severe damage, a deposit equivalent to the full price of the ski and binding plus taxes will be forfeited.
Cost
Each ski demo: $60/day. Payment is upfront through Setmore booking (integration with Stripe at no extra charge).
Purchase refund: A maximum of $150 if a new ski is bought within 15 days of usage.
