Tracking your order
After placing your order our online team will do its best to have your item shipped out within 24 hours. Once the shipping label has been created you’ll receive an email from us that provides you with a tracking number and information on how to follow your shipments progress.
Processing Estimated Delivery Date
The estimated delivery time for your order is calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your address. In general, orders within the Greater Toronto Area take about 1-2 business days while shipments to the US and the West/East Coast take about 5-7 business days. Orders to remote destinations may take longer.

In-Store Pickup: practical, fast and free
Skiis & Biikes offers in-store pick up from all of our locations. Once you’ve added the desired products to your bag, click the Store Pickup button in the shop page and you’ll be prompted to select a store location. Continue to checkout and once the order is completed we’ll have the items transferred to that store as soon as possible. Depending on the location selected, a Store Pickup will take about 1-5 business days to get ready after which you'll receive a notification from our staff.
Shipping fees
Skiis & Biikes offers free standard shipping within Canada for all orders over $99 before tax is calculated.
Shipping outside Canada
Skiis & Biikes offers shipping to the United States for a flat rate of $24.50 CAD. Buyers are responsible If UPS asks for a COD or sends you a bill for duties or fees, this is NOT additional shipping costs, this charge is import taxes, duty, VAT, and/or brokerage fees.
